Boss Laser is proud to introduce it’s class leading fume extractors made in North America. Our fume extractors were design, engineered for our machines to remove virtually any fumes and odors – including acrylic! Engineered for the FC Fusion Laser Machine
Whether it’s a confined area or office environment exhausting laser cutting fumes, smoke, and odors is a must. Even though all of BOSS’ laser machines include exhaust fans and venting, exhausting out a room may not be an option due to health regulations or confined space. If so the patented FILTRABOX WELD-R offers you an efficient and affordable solution.
FEATURES INCLUDES:
- Larger, industrial Multi-Stage filtration medias for higher volume fumes and odors up to 99.999% of airborne particulates
- 2x Brushless Motors rated for 20,000 hours of industrial use
- Patented AirFlow design pulls air from the top up through the filters instead of pushing air from the bottom for maximum filtration
- Larger Activated Carbon Filter absorbs strong gasses and odorous fumes during material processing
- Industrial exhaust fan 470 CFM with quiet venting (measured to only 53 dB of noise)
- Lock / unlocking casters for easy mobility
- Premium grade replacement filtration medias. Also sold separately as needed.

Thank you BossLaser! The FM-D Desktop Laser Marking Machine has been absolutely amazing. It's become to most used tool in the machine shop. Marking beautiful high-resolution permanent logos on aluminum is only one of many production uses. Production is now become very dependent the FM-D for so many tasks. I appreciate being able to phone and/or email BossLaser for technical support and/or sales for upgrades. I'm so lucky they are local in Sanford, FL, only a 30 mile trip from Orlando. Customers are treated professionally by BossLaser team members from reception (Elaine), sales (Steven Engen), demonstrations (Ken), tech support (Kyle).
