Fiber laser power
- 20W, 30W, OR 50W
New and Improved! Designed and engineered by BOSS for mobility. The FM-D offers an adjustable galvo scanner head to project between 20 to 50 watts of fiber laser power. Operates using a solid-state 1064nm fiber laser that is built to serve with very little maintenance and zero consumables. Includes a 2-Year Warranty that includes the fiber laser power!
Josh is the technician that saved our busy season! Our experience with our technology maintenance visit was amazing. Josh walked us through everything we didn't know that we didn't know about our equipment and helped us by getting our lasers back into tip-top shape.
Includes 20 watts which is great for most metal marking/etching applications. For increased speed and etching depth upgrade to either 30 or 50 watts. Two (2) year warranty on the power source.
The Focal Lens Length Effects Both Marking Area and Power
The actual work table dimensions measures 15″ x 12″. However, the focal lens you select determines how much of that work area and concentrated power you can utilize. The shorter focal length lens comes standard and gives you a 4.33″x 4.33″ marking area with a smaller spot size and more concentrated power compared to the taller focal length lenses.
The optional taller focal length lenses expand the marking area up to: 7.87″ x 7.87″ or 11.81″ x 11.81″. The taller focal length lenses expand your marking area at the expense of concentrated power. Therefore, the taller focal lenses that provide either 7.87″ x 7.87″ or 11.81″x11.81″ work areas require either the 30W or 50W fiber power upgrade.

FM Chuck Rotary
The FM rotary allows you to laser mark or engrave cylindrical objects. Customized metal items such as titanium or tungsten rings, stainless steel Yeti tumblers, pens, metal parts, jewelry, are among the most popular.
We offer 2 rotary chuck options: 50mm or 80mm. The 80mm will accommodate larger objects while the 50mm is for delicately securing small items such as rings.
The FM-D presents a flexible, open marking platform that won’t limit material size like smaller fully enclosed units. Grab handles for lifting and convenient mobility. Convienient metal tapped holes for setting up jigs. Fiber Marker safety glasses are included. An optional shroud can also be purchased to meet stricter safety requirements.
Extremely reliable for demanding processing speeds and precision. The solid state 1064nm fiber laser offers a 100,000+ hours life span.
