The Focal Lens Length Effects Both Marking Area and Power
The actual work table dimensions measures 15″ x 12″. However, the focal lens you select determines how much of that work area and concentrated power you can utilize. The shorter focal length lens comes standard and gives you a 4.33″x 4.33″ marking area with a smaller spot size and more concentrated power compared to the taller focal length lenses.
The optional taller focal length lenses expand the marking area up to: 7.87″ x 7.87″ or 11.81″ x 11.81″. The taller focal length lenses expand your marking area at the expense of concentrated power. Therefore, the taller focal lenses that provide either 7.87″ x 7.87″ or 11.81″x11.81″ work areas require either the 30W or 50W fiber power upgrade.

The FM rotary allows you to laser mark or engrave cylindrical objects. Customized metal items such as titanium or tungsten rings, stainless steel Yeti tumblers, pens, metal parts, jewelry, are among the most popular.
We offer 2 rotary chuck options: 50mm or 80mm. The 80mm will accommodate larger objects while the 50mm is for delicately securing small items such as rings.
The FM-D presents a flexible, open marking platform that won’t limit material size like smaller fully enclosed units. Grab handles for lifting and convenient mobility. Convienient metal tapped holes for setting up jigs. Fiber Marker safety glasses are included.
Extremely reliable for demanding processing speeds and precision. The solid state 1064nm fiber laser offers a 100,000+ hours life span.
