Where is the Experience Center?

The Boss Laser Experience Center is located in the heart of Central Florida, between Daytona Beach and Orlando. The address is 640 Boss Laser Way, Sanford, FL 32771. Whether you’re visiting us from down south or up north, finding our Experience Center can be a breeze. We are just a few minutes from I-4. What to bring to the Experience Center?

We encourage every client who visits the Experience Center to bring any materials or files they want to see processed on a Boss Laser machine. While we have some standard materials and files on hand, our goal is to ensure you achieve optimal results for your application, including your materials and files.  

If you’re traveling by plane and are unable to bring materials with you, there are a few local craft and home improvement stores near our facility that might have your specific material, or you can mail your material to us ahead of time. 

We are able to create simple files during the demonstration, but if you are looking for proof of concept with certain files, it is best to bring those files on a USB/flash drive. The file types that can be used on a Boss Laser machine are as follows: 

If you have questions about the readability of specific files, reach out to your Sales Consultant who will have one of our laser experts review them prior to your demonstration.  

Safety is our #1 priority at Boss Laser, closed-toe shoes are required to participate in a demonstration. Laser safety glasses will be provided for those who participate in a demonstration of our open-table machine models. 

What to expect at the Experience Center?

Your own parking spot! When you arrive at the Boss Laser Experience Center, we’ve got a spot for you right up front that will resemble the sign seen to the right of this page, except it will have a plaque with your name on it that you get to take home! 

After parking in your very own spot, you will be greeted by the receptionist, who will have you sign in and complete a waiver for the demonstration. You will then meet your sales consultant, who will introduce you to the laser demonstration technician.  

Our demonstration technician will go through everything with you, from the machine you’re interested in, to the files and materials you brought with you. The technician will then show you how the machine works, and how your material and files are processed on the laser.
