Started having an issue getting my laser to connect to my computer so I reached out, and Juan was awesome.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex did a nice job explaining the system.  The only small thing was there wasn't any follow through from my initial sales contact. I asked for some specific details to discuss during the demo and Alex was unaware of them. Not his fault.
