  Eddie came to service our LS2440 laser this morning. He arrived on time and ready to work. I was greeted with a big smile and a firm handshake. I showed him to the laser and explained what I was experiencing. He was very thorough in fixing the issue. We ran a test to verify everything was working properly and noticed the image looked squished. Eddie adjusted the step inside of lightburn and ran the image again which was perfect. I love my boss laser 2.my sales person Tom has always been great as answering questions and helping when he can, the customer service is good but if you want them to troubleshoot with you on the phone you will have to wait atleast 24 hours before the can reach out to you so do expect some downtime.
