Eddie came to service our LS2440 laser this morning. He arrived on time and ready to work. I was greeted with a big smile and a firm handshake. I showed him to the laser and explained what I was experiencing. He was very thorough in fixing the issue. We ran a test to verify everything was working properly and noticed the image looked squished. Eddie adjusted the step inside of lightburn and ran the image again which was perfect. 1. I love my boss laser 2.my sales person Tom has always been great as answering questions and helping when he can, the customer service is good but if you want them to troubleshoot with you on the phone you will have to wait atleast 24 hours before the can reach out to you so do expect some downtime. We recently purchased a FC6012 Elite Fiber Laser.  Though we had a horrible shipping experience (by no fault of Boss Laser), they (and especially our sales rep Tony) went above and beyond to make our purchase a positive experience.  Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Darrius, who came to our facility for setup and training.  He trained five of our personnel with ease.  He was very efficient, knowledgable, extremely personable and provided clear and concise answers to all of our questions.
