We recently purchased a FC6012 Elite Fiber Laser.  Though we had a horrible shipping experience (by no fault of Boss Laser), they (and especially our sales rep Tony) went above and beyond to make our purchase a positive experience.  Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Darrius, who came to our facility for setup and training.  He trained five of our personnel with ease.  He was very efficient, knowledgable, extremely personable and provided clear and concise answers to all of our questions.
