my chiller was not working so boss laser tech Robert was so awesome, he helped me to figure out the problem and somehow tube was damaged so he sent me new since it was in warranty . Awesome customer service and great company to work with.

The email tech support from Boss Laser is great, quick responses, and very knowledgeable of their product. Darrius and Jason did a great job repairing our linear bearings and keeping downtime to a minimum. They showed up earlier than expected and had our FC6012 up and running within a couple of hours and even checked over the rest of the machine to ensure that our machine was good to continue running production. Almost 1 year in on this machine running production 40 hours and an average of 600 parts per week with no major problems, we are very satisfied with our 2kw FC6012.
Boss did a good Job getting our installation and training scheduled quickly before the holidays. Darius our technician was very helpful in making quick repairs to our machine on arrival and did an excellent job in training on how to use the software and how to make adjustments to cuts. Can't wait to see what we as a company can do with this machine!

I have been operating laser machines from a variety of companies for several years now, and Boss Laser has hands down been the best company to buy from. I once purchased four LS-2440s for a business that we ran up to 12 hours per day without any major issues. About a year ago, lightning struck the building and killed two of the machines' power supplies. I called Boss Laser, and they had replacements at our door the very same week. They provided detailed documentation and over-the-phone assistance to get us back up and running again. This is why when I decided to purchase a machine for myself last month, Boss Laser was 100% my first choice.

I have had several interactions with the support staff at Boss laser, most of these end up with me being sent a PDF of how to solve the issue its usually a quick phone call and I end up repairing myself. I had a new issue yesterday and had tried everything in my power to repair my unit but to no avail. I sent a detailed email to tech support and I received a call from Charley. My issue was that I had a power outage in mid operation of a cut. I ended up with a x and Y axis error that I reset but after all the issues going through what I thought would get me back up and running my rotary would not engage. Charley took over went over all possible issues. Charley got me up and running and it appears that when the unit shut down the rotations went to 500 revolutions instead of the needed 12500 speed for the Piburn. Charley is a rock star !!!!!!!!!! On a scale of 1-10 10 being the best I rate Charley a 10. Huge shout out to Charley, Keep this valued member on your staff. This man sorted out my unique issue to my utmost satisfaction.
A buddy of mine wanted to make room in his garage and gave me his Gen3 LS-1630. I had no idea what I was doing and at some point reset the controller to default parameters, which wiped out the Boss default configuration. Stupid mistake. Their tech support sent me the settings file within an hour and I was up and running again. My buddy bought the laser in 2015. Very happy with the support.
Elaine has been the most important point of contact at Boss Laser as she fields every call and ensures we are getting connected with the appropriate employee. My company has now purchased two lasers and when we have gone in to do demos, pick up our lasers, or call for technical assistance, Elaine is always there to make sure we are taken care of.
