I had questions about what I needed; she got them answered quickly and put together the list of items I requested. I was also glad that, as a salesperson, she didn’t blow smoke or act like she knew everything. She was comfortable checking with tech support instead of just pushing a sale. That’s what I need most: someone who treats the relationship as a partnership, not just a wallet. As I need more parts, I’ll keep trusting BOSS Laser and Lauren Carter in sales instead of grabbing the overnight “quick fix” from the brown smiley-box mega corp.
