After owning another brand of laser and finding customer service to be almost nonexistent, I bought a LS3655 from Boss. They are located in the U.S. and customers reported good service. Having a question concerning my laser, I called customer service and received a service call in return a short time later and found the service technician to be very knowledgeable and he diagnosed my issue and resolved it immediately.
