Gantry
X- and Y-axis gantry rails are checked for proper grease application and distribution to support smooth machine movement.
Cooling
The water chiller is checked for fresh distilled water, and 92mm fans are inspected to ensure they are dust-free and providing sufficient airflow.
Optics
Optics mirrors are cleaned, the focus lens is inspected, and the beam combiner lens is checked for debris or damage.
Worktable
Service includes cleaning knife blades, lubricating worm rods, and ensuring the worktable bed is level.
Belts
Belts are checked for wear and tear, and belt tension is checked across the X, Y, and Z axes.
Exhaust System
The exhaust system is inspected as part of the CO2 PM visit.
