Get a Forster Swiveling Vise to help clamp down on small parts when working on them or deburring them. If you need decent rubber for machining projects, purchase some used hockey pucks. Lastly, every CNC shop should have some Kant-Twist clamps around to use as makeshift carriage stops or vise stops.
