Boss Laser offers technical support to its customers via email, phone, PC remote access, or even FaceTime. We are happy to help with issues regarding installation and setup, or if you are having trouble with the operation of your machine.

Boss Laser technical support is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm & Saturday from 12:00pm – 4:00pm EST.
Support Procedure
To better serve our clients in a timely manner, our Technical Support now offers a live phone queue in addition to our other methods of support. Our goal is to ensure you get assistance when you need it in a method that is convenient for you!
Our live agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm EST and can be reached via phone or email. We also have support available on Saturdays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm!
Getting support is simple, if you need help within our support hours, give us a call at 407.878.0880, press 2 to speak to a live agent, or send us an email at Techsupport@bosslaser.com. Rest assured, your calls are handled in the order they’re received. And if our agents are busy helping others, you’ll be placed in a phone queue and connected as soon as possible.
But wait, don’t want to wait? No problem! You can leave a message for an agent to call you back. We’re here to make sure you get the support you need when you need it.
Support Duration
With the purchase of each Boss Laser machine, the purchasing client is entitled to Lifetime Technical Support. This support entitlement is transferable.
Extent of our Support
Boss Laser will fully support the machines sold by Boss Laser and it’s affiliates. This includes all manufacturer’s parts. We will also have extensive expertise with following laser software programs: LightBURN, RD or LaserWorks, CYPCut, HYPCut, EngraveLab, PhotoGrav, and LaserCut 5.3. We also offer limited support for setting up macros and drivers for the following programs: CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoCad. In order to serve our clients most effectively Boss Laser is not responsible for training or support within the aforementioned programs.

Onsite Training:
If you or your company prefers personal, onsite installation and training, we offer a full days training for $1,997 excluding travel costs. Our larger format lasers may include up to 3 days install and training service.
