Which Industrial Grade Machine Should I Start With?
FC-EcoCUT is the entry point for shops moving sheet work in-house. FC EcoPro adds a heavier frame and premium drive components. FC Accu-CUT suits precision job shops in military, aerospace and signage work, the FC-6012 Elite handles oversized stock on an open table, and the 6012 EXT is the flagship for thick plate and continuous duty.
What Is the Difference Between FC-EcoCUT and FC EcoPro?
Both run a 2KW Boss ION fiber source on a 6061-T6 aluminum gantry with a SawTooth cutting platform. FC EcoPro builds on that with a more robust frame, premium servo drives and rails and a larger work area, so it holds accuracy under heavier production duty.
Do Open Table Machines Need a Different Facility Setup?
Open platform machines like the FC-6012 Elite require fume extraction and a defined laser-safe work cell, while enclosed machines are Class 1 and drop into most shop floors with power and compressed air.
Is Support Included With Every Industrial Grade Machine?
Yes. Every Industrial Grade platform ships with phone and remote support from Sanford, Florida, for as long as you own it, plus on-site operator training and spare parts held on a domestic shelf. Scheduled Preventative Maintenance, two visits a year by Boss field service engineers, is available on one, two and three year plans.
