BOSS’ LSR HYBRID high precision helical gear racks.  With minimal pitch error over the entire travel length the high precision parallelism allows for drives with extremely low backlash without the need for preloading.

The LSR’s CO2 laser tube needs to be water cooled via a closed circuit water cooling system.
This keeps both the power output stable and helps maintain the life of the tube.  For this reason we include our Industrial Active chiller for servicing laser tubes between 100W-150 watts.
